Hotel Sales Manager - Shan, India
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Shan, India. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and occupancy for the hotel.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new business and retain existing clients
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential partners
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Create attractive packages and promotions to increase occupancy
- Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, reservations, and operations to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly to meet revenue goals
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and sales trips as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management or a similar position
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Knowledge of local market trends and competition in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be fluent in English
Salary:
This is an urgent job with a salary of 1700$. Accommodation is not provided but we can assist with finding suitable housing. Candidates must have their own valid work visa.
