Part-Time Architectural Designer (Gujrat)


We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Gujrat. As a part-time employee, you will work with our team of architects and designers to create innovative and functional designs for various projects.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in architectural design
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to develop design concepts and solutions that meet client requirements
- Produce detailed drawings, models, and presentations using CAD software
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Assist with project management tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with contractors

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (preference for candidates currently pursuing a degree)
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus
- Experience with residential or commercial projects is preferred

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month. The exact working hours will be discussed during the interview process.

Location:
Our office is located in Gujrat city. The candidate must have legal authorization to work in the country without visa sponsorship.
