Skilled Carpenter


We are hiring a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Khasab. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and installing various structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. Your role will involve reading and interpreting blueprints, measuring and cutting materials, and assembling components using hand and power tools.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project requirements
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to specifications
- Cut and shape materials using hand or power tools
- Assemble structures or fixtures according to plans
- Install structures such as windows, frames, floorings, trim, or hardware
- Repair or replace damaged structures or fixtures
- Inspect work for quality control and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role (at least 3 years)
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in using various hand and power tools
- Strong knowledge of wood properties and other construction materials
- Excellent mathematical skills for measuring and calculating dimensions accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$ per month.
