Entry-Level Construction Manager

As an Entry-Level Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion. Your main duties will include managing budgets, timelines, and resources, as well as ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure the smooth execution of projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in project management software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, including budget estimates
- Coordinate and oversee all phases of the construction process
- Monitor progress of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, etc.
- Review and approve project designs, changes or modifications
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Resolve any issues or problems that may arise during construction
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status
