Senior Architect


A reputable architecture firm in Izhevsk is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, building codes, and industry standards. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$, open to both Indian nationals and individuals with English-speaking proficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for various projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and develop design proposals accordingly
- Create detailed architectural drawings and blueprints using CAD software
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to incorporate into designs
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and construction projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other relevant design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
