Senior Architect


We are searching for a skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Izhevsk. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural design, from concept to construction. You will also be expected to lead a team of architects and collaborate with other professionals such as engineers and contractors.

Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients
- Oversee the production of detailed drawings, models, and specifications
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 7 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in a senior role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural software
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
- Extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations in Izhevsk or willingness to learn
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
