Our construction company in Siauliai is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager with a background in managing construction projects. As an Indian national, you will be able to communicate effectively in English and have a strong understanding of construction practices and regulations in Lithuania.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards
- Manage a team of contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project plans are followed accurately
- Monitor progress on site and provide regular updates to senior management
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols on site
- Manage the procurement of materials and equipment needed for the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the residential or commercial sector
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards successful project completion
- Willingness to relocate to Siauliai for the duration of the project
