Construction Project Manager


We are hiring a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Siauliai. As the project manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of our construction projects from start to finish. Your main duties will include coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors, ensuring projects stay within budget and timeline, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure projects stay within budget and timeline
- Ensure quality standards are met by conducting regular site inspections
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
