We are seeking a diligent and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Riyadh. As an Indian national with strong English speaking skills, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations within the office. Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or taking messages
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Preparing and organizing documents, presentations, and reports
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and emails
- Performing general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expenses tracking
Requirements:
- Indian national preferred
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
