We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power Engineer to join our team in Pula, Croatia. As a Power Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and maintaining electrical systems for power generation and distribution. This role requires strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to ensure the safe and efficient operation of power systems.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement electrical systems for power generation and distribution
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electrical equipment
- Perform regular maintenance on power systems to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor energy usage and make recommendations for efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to ensure project success
- Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in power engineering technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in power engineering or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical principles, codes, and standards
- Experience with design software such as AutoCAD or EPLAN
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (Croatian language skills are a plus)
- Must be authorized to work in Croatia without sponsorship

We offer competitive salary of 1200$ per month, along with benefits such as health insurance and paid time off. This position does not include accommodation, so candidates must have their own housing arrangements. Non-Croatian nationals are welcome to apply, but fluency in English is required.
