As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design process, from conceptualization to construction. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs and plans that align with project requirements and budget
- Create detailed drawings, models, and renderings using CAD software
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for project development
- Review plans and specifications prepared by junior architects or drafters
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors during construction phase to ensure designs are accurately implemented
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance in all projects
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design techniques and software tools

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Proven experience as a Senior Architect or similar role
- Strong proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
- Excellent knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and building codes
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders
