Senior Architect

We are in need of a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles and be able to lead and manage projects from conception to completion. They should also possess excellent design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept design to construction administration
- Develop project proposals, budgets, schedules, and contracts
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and analysis to inform design decisions
- Create detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD or similar software
- Prepare presentations for clients and participate in meetings with stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Mentor junior architects and oversee their work on projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Lahore (local candidates preferred)
