Cashier - Al-Khor, Qatar


A well-established retail store in Al-Khor is seeking an experienced Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions and providing excellent customer service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with any inquiries or requests
- Scan and process items accurately and efficiently at the checkout counter
- Handle cash transactions, including processing payments, giving change, and issuing receipts
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area throughout your shift
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate manager if needed
- Keep track of inventory levels and alert the manager when items are running low
- Ensure that all transactions are completed in a timely manner while maintaining accuracy

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
