Typesetter for Printing Company in St-Petersburg, Russia


We are seeking an experienced Typesetter to join our printing company in St-Petersburg, Russia. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for formatting and arranging text and images for various print materials such as books, magazines, and newspapers. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently within tight deadlines will be crucial in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Use specialized software to format and arrange text and images for print materials
- Ensure accuracy of spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Follow design guidelines and specifications provided by clients or internal team
- Collaborate with designers, editors, and production team to produce high-quality print materials
- Make necessary adjustments to layout or formatting based on client feedback or changes in design requirements
- Ensure timely completion of projects within tight deadlines

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Typesetter in a printing or publishing company
- Proficient in using typesetting software such as Adobe InDesign or QuarkXPress
- Excellent attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
- Familiarity with printing processes and techniques is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
