Concierge - Luxury Boutique Hotel

Our luxury boutique hotel in Siauliai is seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming and memorable experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, spas, or other activities
- Arrange transportation services for guests as needed
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and requests
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
- Friendly demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
