Claims Adjuster

As a Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and negotiating insurance claims. This role is a full-time position in Bungoma, Kenya and does not require English proficiency. We welcome applicants of all genders and backgrounds. Previous experience is not required, as we provide comprehensive training.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations to determine the validity and extent of insurance claims
- Collect and analyze information such as medical records, police reports, and witness statements
- Review policy coverage and determine liability
- Negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives
- Maintain accurate records of all claim-related activities
- Communicate effectively with policyholders, claimants, and other parties involved in the claims process
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure timely processing of claims

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle a high volume of cases simultaneously
- Proficient in computer programs such as Microsoft Office
- Prior experience in insurance or customer service is a plus but not required
