Contract Project Manager - Multan, Pakistan


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Multan, Pakistan. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of all projects.

Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Manage project team members and ensure clear communication of project objectives, roles, and responsibilities.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify any issues or risks that may impact project delivery and develop contingency plans.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Oversee contract negotiations with vendors and ensure that all parties adhere to contractual agreements.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss project progress, address concerns or changes in requirements.
- Prepare status reports for management on a regular basis.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and contract negotiation.

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Multan, Pakistan. However, due to the nature of the role, some travel may be required.
