Handyman for Contract Work in Izhevsk, Russia

Our company is seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team on a contract basis. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on our properties in Izhevsk. This is an ideal opportunity for an Indian national looking for work in Russia without the need for English language proficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks as needed
- Repair and maintain equipment and appliances
- Inspect properties for any maintenance issues and report findings to management
- Respond to tenant requests for repairs in a timely manner
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance work performed

Requirements:
- Indian national with a valid biometric passport
- Prior experience as a handyman or similar role preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting techniques
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as needed

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
