Executive Chef in Bungoma, Canada
We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a luxury resort in Bungoma, Canada. This position requires a highly skilled and creative individual with a passion for culinary excellence.
As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the resort's kitchen operations. This includes menu planning, food preparation, inventory management, and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of kitchen staff. A background in fine dining or luxury hotels is preferred.
In addition to your outstanding culinary skills, you must also possess excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. You will be responsible for maintaining high levels of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area as well as ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
As this is a hands-on role, you must be physically fit and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
A biometric passport or Canadian citizenship is preferred but not required. We welcome applicants from all nationalities who meet the requirements listed above.
