Moderator for Online Gaming Community in Faro



As a Moderator for our online gaming community based in Faro, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for our players. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing user-generated content, enforcing community guidelines, and responding to player inquiries and feedback. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Requirements:
- Experience moderating online communities or forums
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of gaming culture and etiquette
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
- Attention to detail and ability to spot potential issues
- Proficiency in English (Portuguese language skills are a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content on our online platform to ensure it aligns with community guidelines
- Respond promptly to player inquiries and concerns
- Enforce community guidelines and take appropriate action against rule-breakers
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new community initiatives
- Provide regular reports on community activity, including user behavior and feedback
