Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Ensure quality control of all drinks served
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Participate in training programs to further develop barista skills

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with valid residency in Bayan or willing to relocate for the job
- Previous experience as a barista preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
