Entry Level Barista - India


As an Entry Level Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating high-quality coffee beverages in a fast-paced environment. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, handle cash transactions accurately, and assist with other duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and accurately input them into the POS system
- Prepare a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to company standards
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all beverages
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with restocking inventory and managing supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in coffee-making is a plus
- Previous experience as a barista or in the food/beverage industry is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed

Working Conditions:
This position requires standing for extended periods of time, working weekends and holidays, and flexibility with scheduling. The work environment can be noisy and busy during peak hours. This position does not provide accommodation or visa sponsorship; applicants must have their own valid work visa.

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is $1100 per month.

This job is located in Bayan, India.
