Indian Merchandiser in Ufa, Russia

We are in search of an experienced Indian Merchandiser to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the production and delivery of goods to our customers. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking
- Create and maintain purchase orders and invoices
- Coordinate with sales team to determine customer demand and adjust production accordingly
- Conduct market research to identify trends and new product opportunities
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers
- Ensure all products meet quality standards before delivery

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Previous experience as a merchandiser or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of supply chain management and inventory control
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Biometric passport required for international travel

This is an urgent position, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately. Accommodation will not be provided, so candidates must have their own housing arrangements in Ufa.
