Hotel Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Ashdod. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel through various channels, including corporate partnerships, group bookings, and online travel agencies. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential partners
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to maximize profitability
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Create sales reports and present them to management regularly

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales or related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful partnerships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Biometric passport or eligibility to obtain one is required

Salary:
$1700 per month + commission based on performance.
