Our restaurant in Vejle is seeking a motivated and experienced Part-Time Restaurant Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry while also having a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Ensure high-quality food and service is provided to customers
- Train and supervise staff members
- Create schedules and manage payroll for employees
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a management role in the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
