Facade Designer/Engineer

As a Facade Designer/Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and engineering the exterior facades of buildings in Multan. Your main role will be to create aesthetically pleasing and functional facades that meet our clients' requirements. This is a full-time position, and previous experience in facade design and engineering is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and clients to understand their vision for the building's facade
- Create detailed designs and plans for the exterior facades of buildings
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to develop 2D and 3D models of facades
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, safety standards, and client specifications
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure that the facade is constructed according to the design
- Conduct site visits to inspect the progress of the facade construction
- Make adjustments or modifications to designs as needed during the construction process
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in facade design technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (with a focus on facades)
- At least 2 years of experience as a Facade Designer/Engineer
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and construction processes related to facade design
- Proficiency in using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with different teams and clients
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot potential issues in designs or constructions plans

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Multan. However, we are open to candidates from other cities as long as they are willing to relocate at their own expense.
