Merchandiser for Retail Store in Medina, Saudi Arabia


We are hiring a Merchandiser to join our retail store in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in merchandising, with experience in creating visually appealing displays and managing inventory. This is a full-time position suitable for men of any nationality, with own visa and no English language requirement.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute product displays to attract customers and increase sales
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer preferences and adjust displays accordingly
- Keep track of product performance and make recommendations for changes based on sales data
- Train new employees on merchandising techniques and standards

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser in a retail setting
- Familiarity with visual merchandising principles and techniques
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail, with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
