Handyman for Property Maintenance in Moscow



We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Moscow. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in property maintenance and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
-Performing repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and landscaping
-Inspecting properties for any damages or issues and reporting them to the property manager
-Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or property owners
-Ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and up to quality standards
-Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition
-Keeping track of inventory of supplies and materials
-Coordinating with contractors for specialized repairs or projects when necessary

Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role in property maintenance
-Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting techniques
-Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
-Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
-Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights if needed
-Excellent problem-solving skills
-Good time management skills
-Customer service-oriented
-Fluent in English (Russian proficiency is a plus)

Salary: 1200$ per month
