Nepali Finisher in Ashdod, Israel



We are hiring a skilled Finisher to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Nepali Finisher, you will be responsible for completing the final stages of production on various projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sanding, painting, staining, and varnishing surfaces according to project specifications
- Applying coatings and finishes using various techniques and tools
- Inspecting finished products for quality assurance and making any necessary touch-ups or repairs
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Following all safety procedures and wearing appropriate protective gear while working with chemicals and equipment

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a finisher or similar role in the construction or manufacturing industry
- Ability to read and understand project plans and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Knowledge of different types of finishes and techniques for application
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and carrying heavy materials

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with wood or metal finishes is highly desirable
- Proficiency in English is a plus but not required
- Valid work visa for Israel is preferred but we can provide assistance with obtaining one if needed

We offer competitive pay starting at $1000 per month based on experience. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. Part-time positions may also be available depending on workload.
