We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at a busy establishment in Vilnius. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality service and food, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures
- Train and manage staff, including scheduling shifts and providing ongoing training and development opportunities
- Ensure high-quality service is provided to customers at all times
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards to ensure a safe dining environment for customers and employees
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food service, inventory management, and staffing
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Biometric passport or valid work permit for foreigners
- Must have at least 12 years of education completed

Salary:
Salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
