Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Ajman. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to project completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations
- Manage project budget and expenses to ensure cost effectiveness
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Provide leadership and guidance to the construction team, including subcontractors and laborers
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with project management software
Salary: 1500$
