We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Isa Town, Bahrain. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers. Your ultimate goal will be to provide an excellent customer experience by ensuring high-quality drinks and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Take customer orders and handle payments accurately
- Keep the bar area clean and organized at all times
- Follow health and safety guidelines while handling food and drinks
- Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking their orders, and addressing any concerns or complaints they may have in a friendly manner
- Work efficiently during busy hours to ensure timely service to customers
- Continuously expand knowledge of different types of coffee, tea, and other beverages to provide recommendations to customers

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista is required
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, latte art is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

This is a seasonal job with the possibility of extension based on performance.
