We are hiring a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Clairvaux, France. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Coordinate with architects and engineers to ensure designs meet requirements
- Manage contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship
- Oversee budget and expenses for each project
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding project updates
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management software
- Ability to work independently and make decisions when necessary

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Clairvaux, France. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds but preference will be given to Indian nationals.

Employment Type:
This is a full-time position with regular working hours from Monday-Friday. However, you may be required to work evenings or weekends depending on project needs.
