We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Architect to join our team in Dickirch. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities. This is a full-time position, suitable for men, with a salary of 1800$.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and develop design concepts for commercial projects
- Create detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
