A popular Filipino restaurant in Sofia, Bulgaria is seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Filipino cuisine and be able to create authentic and delicious dishes that showcase the flavors of the Philippines. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and innovative menus that feature traditional Filipino dishes as well as modern interpretations
- Oversee food preparation and ensure that all dishes are made to high standards
- Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for increasing revenue and reducing costs

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a Filipino restaurant
- In-depth knowledge of Filipino cuisine and ingredients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Filipino language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Valid work permit for Bulgaria (or willingness to obtain one)
