Team Lead - Sheduva Operations Manager

As the Team Lead for our Sheduva operations, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees, providing direction, support, and guidance.
- Ensure the efficient operation of all aspects of the Sheduva branch.
- Create and implement strategies to improve productivity and optimize processes.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination between teams.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle any escalated customer issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost management for the Sheduva branch.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Prior experience in operations management is preferred.
- Biometric passport is required for international travel.
