Network and Systems Administrator

We are hiring a Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Kaunas. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization. You will also handle network security and ensure data backup and disaster recovery procedures are in place. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month.

As a Network and Systems Administrator, your main responsibilities will include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing upgrades as needed. You will also be responsible for managing user accounts, maintaining network security protocols, and ensuring data backups are regularly performed. Additionally, you will assist with the planning and implementation of new systems or technologies.

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 2 years of experience in network administration or IT support. You must have strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, virtualization technologies (VMware), and networking protocols (TCP/IP). Knowledge of firewalls and security tools is also required. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be working closely with other team members to resolve technical issues.
