We are a leading solar energy company in Los Angeles and we are seeking experienced and dedicated Solar Installers to join our team. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels on residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels according to company standards and safety guidelines
- Conduct site assessments to determine proper placement of panels
- Work with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with existing solar systems
- Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or questions from clients
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance work

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in solar panel installation
- Knowledge of electrical wiring and basic construction principles
- Ability to climb ladders, lift heavy equipment, and work on roofs
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English

Preferred:
- Experience working with different types of solar panels
- Certification in solar panel installation
- Proficiency in Spanish or other languages spoken by our clients
