Front Desk Receptionist - Al-Rayyan, Qatar (Indian Nationals)
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As the first point of contact for our company, you will be responsible for welcoming visitors, answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in managing appointments and maintaining an efficient and organized front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times
- Manage appointments and assist with scheduling meetings
- Keep track of incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Handle inquiries from clients, employees, and other stakeholders in a professional manner
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
- Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
