Restaurant Manager (Indian Cuisine) in Wiltz, Luxembourg
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our Indian cuisine restaurant in Wiltz, Luxembourg. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, inventory control, and budgeting.
Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and schedule staff members to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant
- Create and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Manage budget and track expenses to ensure profitability
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment for employees and customers
- Collaborate with chefs to create new menu items and specials
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine establishment preferred
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
