Technical Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in St. Petersburg, Egypt. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, resolving technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires previous experience in computer support and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, or remote tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems, networks, printers, and other devices
- Train end-users on new technologies and software applications
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures
- Keep up-to-date with new technology trends and updates

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in computer support or related field
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware components, and network fundamentals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
