Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our growing team in St-Petersburg. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients, both remotely and on-site. Your main responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and maintaining accurate records of all support activities.

As a Computer Support Specialist, you must have strong technical knowledge of computer systems and software, as well as excellent customer service skills. You should be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A strong attention to detail is also essential in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure new computer systems
- Perform regular maintenance tasks on computers and other devices
- Document all support activities accurately
- Ensure timely resolution of client issues
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot complex problems
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology developments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems and software (Windows OS, MS Office)
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail

Salary: 1600$ per month

Location: St-Petersburg (Visa sponsorship available for foreigners)
