Indian Restaurant Manager in Izhevsk


We are hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Indian restaurant in Izhevsk. As a Manager, you will be responsible for managing the staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving financial targets.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant operations, including food preparation, service quality, and customer experience
- Recruit, train, and schedule staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement cost control measures to meet financial goals
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items or make changes to existing ones
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and address any concerns or issues
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Proven track record of managing successful restaurants with good financial performance
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills would be an asset)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Must be legally eligible to work in Russia

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
