As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Izhevsk. You will ensure that all restaurant policies and procedures are followed, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and manage the restaurant budget. Your duties will include hiring and training staff, creating work schedules, coordinating with suppliers, and managing inventory. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. A successful candidate for this role will have previous experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Knowledge of budgeting and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must speak English fluently
- Indian nationality preferred
