Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer

A fitness center in Sheduva is seeking a motivated and dedicated Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and gain experience in the fitness industry. As a Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting fitness assessments, creating personalized workout plans, and providing guidance and support to clients to help them achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized workout plans based on clients' needs and goals
- Provide guidance and support to clients during workouts, ensuring proper form and technique
- Motivate and encourage clients to reach their fitness goals
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to their workout plans
- Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits
- Maintain a clean and organized gym environment

Requirements:
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
- Certification in personal training or group exercise instruction (or willingness to obtain certification within 3 months)
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Experience working with diverse populations (such as students or Indians)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Salary:
We offer a starting salary of $1000 per month, with potential for growth based on performance. We also provide opportunities for professional development through workshops, conferences, and other training programs.

Location:
This position is located in Sheduva but we welcome candidates from all nationalities. We are an English-speaking gym so fluency in English is required.
