Online Consultant - Indian Nationals


As an Online Consultant for our company, you will be responsible for providing online support and guidance to our clients. Your main role will be to assist customers with their queries and concerns through various online platforms such as chat, email, and social media. This position is open to Indian nationals only.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate information and solutions to customer issues
- Building strong relationships with customers through excellent communication skills
- Maintaining a high level of knowledge about our products and services
- Collaborating with other team members to resolve more complex issues

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Proven ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Proficient in using various online platforms (chat, email, social media)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month along with other benefits such as free visa and ticket.

Location:
This position is based in Atlanta, USA. However, due to the nature of the job being online, it can be performed remotely from anywhere in the world.
