Senior Architect (Indian Nationals Preferred)



As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of architectural projects in the city of Shan. Your main role will be to provide leadership and guidance to junior architects and collaborate with other design professionals to bring projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process by creating innovative and functional architectural solutions
- Create detailed drawings, models, and presentations to communicate design concepts
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on project tasks
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable institution
- Minimum of 8 years experience as an Architect, preferably in commercial or residential projects
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi/Marathi language skills are a plus)
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
