Senior Architect - Wiltz, Luxembourg


As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop creative solutions that meet their requirements. Your role will involve leading a team of architects and designers, as well as collaborating with engineers and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting site visits and surveys to gather information for design proposals
- Creating detailed architectural drawings and plans using computer-aided design software
- Presenting design concepts and proposals to clients
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Managing project budgets and timelines
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers
- Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in commercial or residential projects
- Strong proficiency in computer-aided design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations in Luxembourg is preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.
