A leading company in Remish is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales goals. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales management. This is an urgent job opportunity and we are looking for Kenyan nationals who are available to start immediately. No prior experience is required for this role. The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Train new hires on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and present them to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to improve overall company performance.

Requirements:
- Kenyan nationality preferred.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving goals.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal).
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
- Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required.
