Indian Executive Chef in Dickirch, Luxembourg
We are in search of a skilled and experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and maintaining high levels of quality and hygiene standards. Your creativity and passion for Indian cuisine will be essential in developing new dishes and ensuring that our menu is constantly evolving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create new Indian dishes that meet our customers' expectations and preferences
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when needed to ensure smooth functioning of the kitchen
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen area
- Create menus that cater to different dietary restrictions or preferences
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine with a focus on traditional dishes from various regions of India
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with staff members at all levels
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food cost management techniques to optimize profitability
Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
